We developed GIMAEX ONE SEVEN® AFFF-concentrates to fight class A and B fires. Our ONE SEVEN® AFFF-concentrates adhere to the EN 1568 standard. The compound consists of fluorinated and hydrocarbon tensides, which cause the formation of a watery film on the surface of most hydrocarbon fuels. This film reduces the release of vapor and prevents oxygen from coming into contact with the fuel.
Fire fighters can use our ONE SEVEN® foam concentrate with standard equipment at a minimum dilution rate of 3%. We do recommend using a wet foam pipe for AFFF-concentrates. The concentrate can also be used with standard equipment at a dilution rate of 6%.
Our ONE SEVEN® foam concentrate extinguishes fires faster than any other available conventional foam, significantly reduceing reignition danger.

Though the ONE SEVEN® system can be operated with conventional hoses and nozzles, the system’s true power and efficiency depends on careful calibration in the factory. As a result of our highly specialized processes, we are confident that you can expect outstanding results from the ONE SEVEN® system.

The ONE SEVEN® Class A wetting agent has been approved by UL - approval number 3 HUW.

The ONE SEVEN® class B foam (0.5%) has received approval from the EN and the ICAO.
GIMAEX recommends the use of ONE SEVEN® nozzles with the ONE SEVEN® system for their ability to minimize flow disruption. We carefully adjust our nozzles to boost the ideal performance of the ONE SEVEN® system. You get excellent foam, impressive reach, and lightweight hoses.
However, we can test the nozzles and hoses in use at your fire station to ensure that ONE SEVEN® will function properly.

The remote monitor (flow rate 250 gpm, with higher flow rates avail.) is joystick-controlled and can be mounted on the front bumper, or the roof, and other available locations.
